I had a great experience working with Peter Dacunha at Grieco Honda. He was extremely helpful, personable, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. He took the time to understand what we were looking for and helped us find the right car for us. Even after we picked out the car, Peter was great about walking us through everything and making sure we felt comfortable with the process including insurance, finance, and registering the car in RI. Highly recommend working with Peter!

I am so happy to write this review after my recent - CivicTouringHybrid26

I am so happy to write this review after my recent experience with my local Honda Dealership in Hyannis, Ma. I had to choose the next closest dealer that treated us like we were part of their family immediately. I made one phone call to the Amazing Management Team at Tufanjian Honda of Plymouth and was given the most amazing sales experience of my life. I was a Service Manager for the local dealer for 18 years and thought I was family, well misplaced loyalty was the lesson I learned. What I also learned is that my previous opinion of Honda of Plymouth was so incorrect. Contempt Prior to Investigation has caused me immense grief in the past. I learned that true Compassion, Humility, Rigorous Honesty exists still in the Automotive New Car Dealer Industry. Incredible Integrity was shown by all in this completely transparent sales process. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Thank You Mike b. all the Chris's and MIke's we met along the long journey "Overseas" to find my Son's Dream Car. I was told within seconds of my first phone call that "We Make Dreams Com True" Truly showed me what that meant by taking care of the location of 2025 Civic Hybrid Sport Touring Meteorite Gray/Black Leather...No dings, scratches or issues upon inspection prior to an incredible road-test track Lee brought us on. Perfect Sales Experience!!! Thank You HOP!!!!

⭐ Excellent First Service Experience at Silko Honda I - sthibert

⭐ Excellent First Service Experience at Silko Honda I recently brought my 2025 Honda Civic in for its first scheduled maintenance at Silko Honda, and the experience was excellent from beginning to end. Pulling into the service bay was easy, check-in was quick and organized, and I was promptly greeted by my service advisor, Derrick Belanger. Derrick was friendly, professional, and made the entire process effortless. The waiting area was clean, comfortable, and a pleasant place to spend about an hour while the work was being completed. The maintenance itself was finished right on schedule, and to top it all off, the service was covered under Honda’s maintenance program, making the visit completely free. It’s hard to ask for a better first ownership experience than that.

Went in for oil change and transmission service. - georogct

Went in for oil change and transmission service. Got home found fluids on my drive way, thought it was just a messy job, a week later still have fluids leaking out. I was not told of any issues before during or after service which the mechanic would have said if there was something he found before service. Sadly thought I could trust a dealership that charges $179 an hour.
