Stopped into this dealership on my way to another. Had not planned this, but was very pleased with the treatment by sales rep (Audrey)- professional, knowledgeable, no pressure and fair. Was interested in Accord, principally late model/low mileage used. We looked at both used and new and was able to purchase a new 2013 sport model that had more features and at a better price than I was expecting. This will be my third accord, and I keep them forever. So, I was not surprised at the quality and performance during the test drive. I'm looking forward to the kind of satisfaction I've experienced with my other two accords. Honda was also running a great financing deal (0.9% up to 72 months), so this was great too. My experience with the finance manager (Kellyann) was also positive. No high pressure on the upgrades but she covered all and explained details where I wanted to. Can't say enough good about the car and dealer (particularly sales rep). More

Although Saccucci did not have the color I wanted, Angelo was able to bring one in and give me a great price--right after the holidays, even when he had the day off. I was thoroughly impressed with the Angelo on the sales team, and also the business manager that finalized the sale for me, and would highly recommend Angelo and Saccucci to anyone in the market for a Honda. Had my traded car gone through on lot with tools and money stolen. Salesman "bryan" said my things would be safe till I got out of work to come pick my belongings. The car I traded in was on lot with ke money stolen. Salesman "bryan" said my things would be safe till I got out of work to come pick my belongings. The car I traded in was on lot with key in door handle....... Could not pick color of my car. My fiance and I both bought new 2012 civics here and we will never go back. I imagined my first new car experience to go a little better than this. I will go to herb chambers for now on. More

Went to the dealership to compare the Pilot with the Ford Explorer and other like models. Very low pressure experience with Audrey, full of information and very helpful.
