I was looking for a used commuter car when I came across a Jetta listed on Saccucci's web site. My initial reaction was, the body looks good, low miles, decent price, so there must be something wrong with i a Jetta listed on Saccucci's web site. I was then contacted by Alex and reassured the car was legit and we made tentative plans for me to come down. I then completely forgot all about it and went back to scouring the internet for a worthy car in my price range. Easier said than done. After making a short list of "used" car dealers to visit I was off on my travels. It didn't take me long to realize that many of the stereotypes associated with used car salesmen are actually true. I got the hard sell at every stop I made. Feeling a bit discouraged and on my way to the next hard sell I got a call from Alex asking if I would be coming down. Me being a sucker for punishment of course said yes. That was the best decision I made that day. I get to the dealership, meet Alex, look the car over, take a test drive, make an offer at which time I was politely advised of Saccucci's no haggle policy by Alex.We then discussed the merits of their no haggle policy and I decide to buy the car. Between the quality of the car and the professionalism of the staff I was sold. I agreed to the price of the car, completed the necessary paperwork (all of 25 mins), then was on my way. Before I left Alex went over all the of extra's that come with buying a car from Saccucci. Not only did I get a great deal on a worthy used car but I also got a number of perks that will come in handy. I live almost an hour away from Saccucci but would not hesitate to take the drive down the next time I am in the market for a vehicle. 100% positive experience. More

I contacted Saccucci Honda in reference on Honda Care on our Odyssey. Gardiner did an excellent job of answering our questions and the price was fantastic. My way of figuring shows I saved $366 for 10 minutes worth of time. These people know what it takes to be successful and are using the internet to help out customers. I cancelled my brand X MRC policy when I found out non approved Honda parts could be used for repair. This is pretty low cost insurance to keep the Minivan totally Honda when compared to other policies. I glad they fought the fight to keep this option open.
