I am very pleased with the Service that I got from Saccucci Honda. I asked for a quote for an 8 years / 120,000 miles extended warranty for my new 2011 Honda CRV and the quote they gave me was over $7 Saccucci Honda. I asked for a quote for an 8 years / 120,000 miles extended warranty for my new 2011 Honda CRV and the quote they gave me was over $700 lower than the inferior 6 years / 80,000 miles that I got from the dealer where I bought my car. That dealer will not give me prices of the extended warranties available, they will just tell me that my monthly payment will go down by this much if I don't get the warranty. I think what they will do is move some money to the other things that I will get if I drop something. So Saccucci Honda cancelled my original extended warranty and gave me a new one. I will highly recommend Saccucci Honda to my friends if they are in the market for extended warranties for their Honda or Acura. More

We knew the vehicle we wanted. After asking Gayle to locate it she kept telling us it was not possible, and we just needed to order one and would have to wait eight weeks. Another dealer that we started with called and told us that there was one available in Massachusetts. We told Gayle and were told " They lied there are none available", we insisted there was. Finally , by pure coincidence the Dealer with our choice called Saccucci looking for a car from their inventory. The Sales Manager at Saccucci realized they had "our" choice and brokered a deal. We received our new Honda four days later. No thanks at all to Gayle. She was pushy and borderline RUDE to my wife. I feel that I did all legwork....finding vehicle.Also had to call back three times for paperwork to be faxed to our bank!!!! Even had to go find some for license plate bolts after we picked up plates. I will go back to Saccucci, but will not deal with Gayle. More
