My reason for this visit to Saccucci was because I had been in an accident in my 2011 Honda Accord. When I called to arrange service I spoke with Michaela who was beyond helpful and friendly. I was able been in an accident in my 2011 Honda Accord. When I called to arrange service I spoke with Michaela who was beyond helpful and friendly. I was able to drop off my car immediately and was assisted in arranging for a rental car. I was a little nervous because I did not have rental coverage under my car insurance and thought that I could potentially be without my car for a couple of weeks. I also initially ran into an issue with my insurance adjuster in that we thought they wouldn't be able to get out to see the car for an additional 7 days. Michaela ended up calling me a few days later to say that their loaner car had been returned and that I was welcome to use it until my car was ready. This was a major relief on my part in terms of no longer having to worry about the cost of the rental. My car ended up taking only a week to repair (from the time the adjuster was out to see it) and I was able to pick it up today. The car looks brand new and is if nothing at all ever happened to it. I cannot say thank you enough to Michaela and Saccucci for making a very stressful event into a pleasant experience. Going forward, I will be having my car serviced with them and would refer them in a heartbeat!! More
