I have used Brown's Honda for all my service since 2007 I continue to recommend Brown's Honda to all my friends for service and I usually do not recommend a specific place for service. But Brown's always is on time, always does a complete job and if there is a need for extra work always calls explains and even states if the extra work is actually necessary. They complete the work when stated, and even their shuttle to and from the metro is superb. More

He is passionate about what he does, and his passion, care for others, and kind nature are really what makes him stand out among all the other salesmen in the entire DMV area (and beyond!). As a first time car buyer, I didn’t know what I was going to expect when I first walked into Brown’s Honda. I was skeptical and on guard, thinking that he would be like the other salesmen from the local competitor dealerships (I’ve already gone to and contacted 7+ local dealerships prior to Brown’s). However, he only treated me with the utmost respect and was incredibly patient with me as he thoroughly explained everything about the car to me. Wonderful New Car Purchase Experience Having shopped around online, I ended up visiting Brown's to test drive a new Honda FIT. My overall experience was fantastic! No pressure whatsoever. Just informative, personable staff who genuinely seemed to want me to purchase exactly what I wanted at a price I was comfortable with. Mark Shedlock was fantastic. After the test drive, I needed to think through my decision. He made sure that I had his contact info, and followed up with me once to simply say that he enjoyed meeting me, and asked me to let him know if I had questions. When I decided it was time to buy, a couple of weeks later, I made sure to go back to Mark. He took care of me, ensuring that the price and paperwork was right, and then showed me and demonstrated every detail of the car. He even set up my radio station preferences on the stereo. All in all, my experience was great -- exceeded my expectations. NO complaints at all. I highly recommend Brown's, and especially recommend that you seek out Mark Shedlock. More
