Sorry that you had to resign, let me explain why. We act as your agent with apx 15 different banks to get the lowest rate and best terms. Each bank has different requirements and different forms. It takes a bit of admin/bureaucracy, banks are banks. On your note about paying off your trade, we payoff the lien after the purchase is funded, and always refund any over payoffs back to you. Sorry Matt didn't get your call in a timely manner, it was not intential I assure you.
