He walked us through all trims, all features, and important considerations for our family (including carseat setup and cargo space) and had exact price points on everything so we could make a truly informed decision. He spoke to both of us equally (certain other dealerships only addressed Erik - the man - despite Rachel being the primary point of contact for all of our vehicle research and financial decisions). He got us our ideal vehicle - exact trim and color combo we wanted - in about 8 weeks time. In the current market, that's really not long, and he was so quick to let us know so we could get our deposit down and get that car reserved before it got snapped up by somebody else. We are so grateful and hope to buy all future cars with Arkeem. The financing process was also incredible smooth and we were out the door very quickly. No hard selling, just good customer service. AND they don't charge over MSRP even though almost every other dealership we met with is either charging over or adding additional "mandatory warranties" to their price to increase their margin. Everyone we met at the dealership was kind and patient with our children, too - which was critical as out sitter was unavailable! 10/10 recommend this dealership. More
