Great Car Buying Experience! I had to buy a car after my 20+ year-old Saturn failed inspection and the cost of repairs to bring it up to level just weren't worth it. I had been researching cars for over a year and finally landed on the Kia Forte. The really competitive prices and the customer-satisfaction focused message on their website led me to Brown's Manassas Kia. I scheduled a test drive on the website and when we arrived everyone at the dealership was so friendly. Duval was my sales consultant and was so warm and welcoming but, more importantly, knew the car in and out and thoroughly answered all the questions I had before and after the test drive. And when the specific car I wanted wasn't yet available, he arranged for a loaner which was greatly appreciated .Claudia who managed the financing was equally was warm and explained all the various options and worked to get me the payment I needed. The whole experience (which I dreaded having not bought a car in 20 years) was quick and everyone I encountered at the dealership was incredibly friendly and helpful More

They are a few t Hello, I leased a new 2020 Kia Forte from Browns Manassas Kia. I've bought a 2013 Kia Soul and a 2015 Sedona from this dealership. They are a few thousand dollars more expensive then Ourisman Kia but had the lease deal that I needed. John Sasso was the best part of the deal! HE IS EXCELLENT!! Also wanted to give a shout out to Wais Safi and Claudia Sandoval. Wais gave me the deal i needed and Claudia's demeanor was kind and friendly and I totally appreciated that. I gave it an average rating based on vehicle pricing and a few past experiences. I'm sure if they continue to provide the level of service I saw last night, those stars will come up!
