This was the case when I recently took my car in for an alignment check, and discovered I would need new struts for my 2012 Sorrento. I asked questions about the re-alignment procedures, and the service adviser and associates were able to give me a clear and thorough explanation. Although expensive, the new struts are definitely necessary, and so I am very glad the mechanics examined my alignment carefully and made the correct determination to keep my car (and me) safe. I have been taking my car to Brown's for years for regular service and have a great deal of trust in the whole service department and team at Brown's Kia of Manassas. Michelle Bolden in particular has always been knowledgeable and helpful to me over the years. Thank you. More
