Always Responsive - Service with a Smile!! Service Center and Parts Sections were both very helpful and responsive. I needed to come in a couple days ahead of our scheduled appointment because Service Center and Parts Sections were both very helpful and responsive. I needed to come in a couple days ahead of our scheduled appointment because a windshield wiper broke on Saturday before Easter and it was due to rain before our service appointment on the following Tuesday. The Parts Section (Ken) provided all three replacement wipers with a 10% discount and Service (Jonathan) installed them for us within minutes and we were on our way. On Tuesday, they got our car in right away and oil/filter change ($33 coupon) and Crystal Fusion application were accomplished within an hour. On my way off the lot, I heard a rubbing noise (that was not previously present) under the chassis (sounded like it was from one of the wheels). They test drove the car and heard the noise so they took my car right back in and put it up on the rack. They were unable to duplicate the noise once in the garage, but when they brought the car back to me, the noise was gone. More

Absolute Best Car Buying Experience! This dealer was incredible to work with! I called Kevin Shin and made an offer for a 2020 Telluride. Kevin called me back about 90 seconds later and This dealer was incredible to work with! I called Kevin Shin and made an offer for a 2020 Telluride. Kevin called me back about 90 seconds later and beat the deal I offered by $5.00. I drove to the dealer and there were no surprises. Kevin was true to his word about the out-the-door price. Kevin introduced me to Jonathan Woods who prepared the forms in just a few minutes. He sent them to finance and while finance drafted the documents, Jonathan took us outside and gave a comprehensive overview of our new vehicle. There were no negotiations, sales or stall tactics, upsales, etc. Just a clean and smooth transaction. While we were looking at the car, Jonathan (who has incredible attention to detail) saw the inspection was not done on the vehicle and that the front license plate bracket was not installed. He offered me a service loaner for the night and had everything resolved by Saturday morning. The finance portion was smooth and efficient. Overall, I can't speak highly enough about this dealership and this transaction. Transparent, smooth, and efficient car buying is what everyone should experience. I am happy to give this dealer and these two consummate professionals my highest rating! More
