Paul was great on the phone and his customer service brought us to Safford Brown Kia. Jahnnie, the new sales rep was enthusiastic and professional. Critiques: There were multiple admin issues and a sl brought us to Safford Brown Kia. Jahnnie, the new sales rep was enthusiastic and professional. Critiques: There were multiple admin issues and a slow process. Printers werent working, we were handed off to three different finance people before completing paperwork with a young lady (maybe toobah?) She was efficient and seemed to get us to the finish line. Also -- financing was discussed more than once and no one seemed to know what rates were available. I had secured financing and let everyone know the apr was 5.19. No one seemed to know whether KIA could provide anything better. Ash said he could just make a call and then another person came back to say they could offer 5.25. We drove from Hampton Roads to get the KIA we wanted. We are pleased with the car and that the price on the phone was the price we received (no bait and switch). We just wished it didnt take 5 hours to buy the car. More
