I thought he is charging this to get some money out of us, but he took that paper to his manager and to my surprise he said the same. I came to this dealership with three small kids and all I got was shady fees they were adding up. More

Claudia is a real asset to your company Mr. Henderson. Not only does she go above and beyond she also was the saving grace for one of your managers lack of professionalism, demeanor, and attitude. My wife and I have been loyal customers for a little over 3 years and will continue because of these two. They are actually the reason I am not writing a horrible review for one of your managers. His utter lack of caring about customer service is atrocious. You really need to address this and get it fixed. If he continues to treat people this way the bragging about 200 sales last month is great but people won't return. I would he happy to pay more and go elsewhere than deal with him again. This is not the first time he has been problematic. Michelle in service is great to work with and got everything taken care of properly. I could put lots of details but John, Claudia, and Michelle are great. One manager needs lots of training and this is coming from someone with over 6 years in the business. Terrible person, gave me a deal of 0 downpayment $350 a month on a K5 Kia, I wanted a $330 $400 down refused so I walked away, I see my options all the dealerships offered me the same price. I was in the market for a new sedan, and I put the feelers out through various web searches. I was contacted by Pedro De La O that the exact make/model/trim level I was seeking was available for a test drive. Pedro communicated extremely well about timing for a test drive appointment, and when I showed up, he had the car ready to drive. Once I was ready to buy, I contacted Pedro and he set me up for success. Wais Safi was a pleasure to deal with, no haggling or hassling. I knew the price point I was looking for and they met me there with ease. One thing that struck me about Pedro and Wais were their honest, straightforward dealing. The financing department was ready to go, and Claudia Solito laid out all of the options with clarity. All in all, this was the best car buying experience I have had. Highly recommended! More
The awful experience in my life. I got a new car there and after month I found out that it’s damaged. It started overheating. I left car at service and they told me car was hit. How? Nobody hit car. So I left car there, was waiting for call from them. Firstly, they said they are waiting for call from KIA themselves. We called KIA and they told us that nobody answered them. And it was about 1.5 week. Then KIA said they will repair my car. We were waiting for dealership. Then they said that they will not repair it. I don’t know what to say. By the way, car is new but they checked VIN and it shows there was one owner before. How this car could be new if there is one more owner? The awful dealer in my life!!! Be careful when you buy car there!!! More

Tried calling many times over the past couple days. No one ever answers... is this place in business? Did a test drive a couple years ago here and the sales person was 100% uninterested in selling a car e one ever answers... is this place in business? Did a test drive a couple years ago here and the sales person was 100% uninterested in selling a car even said he would rather be on the gold course... yea me too, but their prices were rediculous. Bought a car from a different dealer for a much more reasonable price. Now have a slight issue, thinking they may be ok as a service department I have called over 7 times without an answer over several days. Had to go to another dealer who picked up immediately. Not sure house this place is in business. As many dealerships as I have dealt with and everyone knows they are not exactly the most honest places... this place is lacking in every single aspect possible. I have nothing good to say about this place and personally Kia should consider pulling their franchise because atleast to me they are the closest dealership, but the worst one withing atleast 250 miles. at this point even if they did respond I would be worried to take my car here. My wife hit a dear and had to take the car to body shop... the shop didn't have the new coolant on hand so called the dealer. Our car would have been completed in a couple days, but took this dealership 3 days just to get the coolant in. O have over all been happy with our Kia, but I am done with this dealer. Totally incompetent, poor sales, nonexistent service and they don't have common fluids for their own vehicles. Haven't tried to really deal with them past the first experience, but have run into issues where I sort of have to and they are consistently absolutly horrible and unwilling to help a paying customer.
