Wait was really long- was told that is common for electrical issues but after 3 hours still have to go back for a two hour repair. I was offered a payment plan, which made affording my service easier. The experience was great! Michelle is great! As well once service was done, a mistake was made which caused all buttons to not work in my car, so I had to plan an hour drive back couple of days later to get that handled.
