He is super personable, patient and approachable - we felt like family. John was very accommodating, for example, we arrived late the day we wanted to pick up the car, yet he took the time for us to test drive the vehicle, get the car detailed and complete the paperwork. He worked late for us that day and even stayed to take pictures with us and our new car. We were very impressed by how well John took care of us and our dealings with the dealership as a whole.
