I don’t know better options were available and bought a less comfortable car. Later, I made an appointment to pick up accessories that were said to be in stock, drove an hour and found out they were not in less comfortable car. I’m mostly frustrated that after I mentioned loving my old mazda3 grand touring but needed a larger car, I was shown a cx5 and never told there was a grand touring model. The details matter to me. I was provided a list of items that were “recommended” to be fixed, including a nail in my tire. I purchased the tires from Costco which has free tire repair. While I appreciated that the nail was identifi be fixed, including a nail in my tire. I purchased the tires from Costco which has free tire repair. While I appreciated that the nail was identified and the mechanic suggested they fix it, I am more concerned that they missed the slash across the treads down to the belts that cannot be fixed. I would’ve paid the $60 repair cost and the issue wouldn’t have been fixed. And I am sure, if I returned, the dealership would not have take. Responsibility for missing the slash across the treads. Also, I have mentioned a number of times when I brought my car in for oil changes that there seems to be something wrong with the bushings on the front drivers side wheel only to be told that the “car has to warm up” and the noise will go away. Interesting that this is one of the items needing repair in the list provided to me at my recent visit. These and more issues are causing me to lack confidence in not only what I am being told but the quality of the work being done at this dealership. FYI I have pictures of the slashed treads if you need evidence. More
