Purchased a vehicle from here yesterday. 5 star experience from the sales associate Andrew and the finance manager Arianna. They were respectful and thoughtful and helped from start to finish to get me what I was looking for without pushing or pressing. They both went out of their way to give me the best deal they could and I will 100% be coming back here anytime I need another vehicle.

Jared Bowman was amazing to work with. Great communication and very upfront about the cars I was looking at and what to expect. I came into the dealership several times while shopping around, and Jared went above an beyond and was easily the best salesman I've worked with (including from other Mazda dealerships in the same ownership group.) The only ding on the experience is on the back of house operation. I went out of town and told the dealership I would have to receive ownership the car on the Friday after New Years. I was called by one of the managers and was told the car was ready to be picked up after the porters/service center had a whole week to prep the car and get the state inspections/emissions/CPO done. I came in to pick it up and all the sales and dealership stickers + adhesive was still all over the car and windows, empty gas tank, and the car was covered in bird crap as it was parked under trees after it went through the inspections. Needless to say, Jared and I were both quite upset. Jared made it right by jumping the car to the front of the line and got the car filled up, cleaned, and ready for me in under 30 minutes. I would still recommend this dealership. Was by far the least stressful experience I've had car buying.

He made the whole process smooth and stress-free, which I really appreciated. Ozz was knowledgeable, patient, and never made me feel pressured. He explained everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable with every step. It honestly made what can sometimes be a stressful experience feel easy and positive.

I wanted to say how great all the staff at Gburg Mazda have been in helping me get the Mazda MX5 RF I have wanted for quite some time. Todd Patton was very helpful and answered all my questions and made the whole car buying experience easy to deal with. The car I wanted had to be ordered and it was easy for them to do and got me the car I wanted quickly as well. Upon arriving at the dealership just off the carrier Todd took the time to let me inspect the car and answered all my questions as well. After that Todd and Amin Rehman in finance took there time and helped me work out numbers that were much better than other dealerships offered me for the same car. They also gave me a wonderful price for my trade in as well. Also Todd and Amin got me awesome 1.9% financing as well and saved me a bundle as well. I purchased a Mazda 3 from Rosenthal, now that it is Priority they do not want to honor my complimentary oil changes. When I bought my Mazda I went with Rosenthal because of the offer of the lifetime complimentary oil changes and safety inspections. This was the main reason why I purchased my car from the dealership. I contacted the other Rosenthals dealerships in the area and now they are saying the Mazda Nissan was not part of Rosenthal they just used the name, so they will not honor anything. I have the paperwork to show this to both companies but they are just ignoring me. I now would not trust neither Rosenthal nor Priority at all.
