This weekend, we had the unfortunate experience of dealing with manager Matt May. We traded in our mazda speed 6 for a mazda cx-7 and he appraised it at 16K. The next day we find out they had the speed 6 on their inventory for 20K. there was absolutely nothing wrong with the car and it was immaculate when we traded it in. so why the big price difference? we thought that since we are loyal customers, we would be treated fairly, but not matt may. Quality of Work: They did a half-xxx job of detailing the SUV, since they only washed the outside of the car. Coffee spills were still present inside the car. It was too dark to notice when we brought it home. Friendliness: Of course, they want to make a sale. Overall Experience: Unfair negotiations, since we trusted them to treat us fairly. More
