Grayson, the service advisor, unlike many other service advisor before, has done an outstanding job of taken care of the customers. The mechanic Bryan , also did a wonderful job and didn’t release the car advisor before, has done an outstanding job of taken care of the customers. The mechanic Bryan , also did a wonderful job and didn’t release the car till all is done properly. I understand he even enlisted the shop manager’s help to make sure the job done well. I gave them a puzzle that two other shops, one of them is a dealer, has failed and the problem kept coming back. The current team restored a lot of my confidence. Needless to say, I try to make recommendations when the job is done right and keep to myself otherwise. 5 stars to Grayson and Bryan. As a whole I am keeping it 4 stars for now because of prior experiences but if the shop keep up the good works, I will bump it up. More
