Took my Ram 1500 truck into the service department and was greeted by Alex Alvarado. Alex was very professional and courteous. Had just a regular oil change and miscellaneous maintenance items done. Most of my satisfaction comes from the efforts of my service advisor Alex Alvarado. It's nice to be greeted by someone who knows you, and your vehicles. Although people at the shop were nice and professional, and after several calls to get this appointment, and I had to wait 30+ minutes each time, I made sure by asking every time for getting a LOANER (Loan and after several calls to get this appointment, and I had to wait 30+ minutes each time, I made sure by asking every time for getting a LOANER (Loaner cars, provided by dealerships during repairs, are typically complimentary...), since my car's safety recall will take more than 2 days. They approved it after all, however, when I went to the shop, I was told I have to pay for a rental car instead, cause they don't provide loaners anymore!!!!!! I should've been told on the phone, and not wasting my work day! That was not good! Customer service needs more transparency and better service! More

I am NOT satisfied at all with my service. I was told my car was ready for pick and all repairs were completed- each time when I went to pick up my car (4 times) it was NOT repaired! The seat was still broken the first 2 times, the 3rd time the technician left the door open (RJ explained) so BOTH batteries were dead and jeep wouldn't start when I arrived!, the fourth time the start/stop error code was on and they wanted me to still take it home - had to drive it around until the code went away on a route that RJ and Francisco told me to take that the technicians take for vehicles! They should have done this themselves!! I came in with a broken drivers seat, end up with the dealership messing up my passenger seat, ruining both my batteries and making me drive my car until error codes went away! UNACCEPTABLE! Also Terrible communication I had to call every time to get updates from Fransisco - they would tell me he called/or text through their system but I had NO missed calls or messages on my phone. I received 1 call from Francisco the entire 7 days my car was in service shop! So I know he can reach me. More details: No calls updating me on my jeep status. My jeep had a broken seat. Was told it would be ready in 2 days. Took 5 days, then was not fixed when I picked up. Second time I came to pick up after told it was ready, the other seat was opened. And the jeep would not start!! They said BOTH batteries went bad. It was here for a week and both batt went bad!? It's a brand new 2024 jeep!!!! Unacceptable. More
