Safford Springfield Dodge failure to communicate Took my truck in to have some minor work done but mainly to get new key fobs. My old ones are acting up - opening door locks and rolling down windows on their own. They said they would need to reprogram. After waiting 6 hrs for what they said would take 3 I called for an update. The advisor said he didn’t know but would page the mechanic. I waited on the phone for 20 minutes until he finally got back and said there was no response from the mechanic but that he would go himself and check and call me back. I asked if they had done the reprogram an d he said no the mechanic said they were working ok. Told him that they were not working ok and were doing what I had explained earlier. He never called back after going to check. I called back and got another advisor who said he would check and call me back. No response. I called back at 5:30 to check again and was told that my original advisor had left for the day but that he had tried to call to leave a voice mail. There is no record of any call on my phone. This new advisor said I would have to replace the fobs - which was what I originally asked for - st a cost of $480+. Now we’re into day 2. Called at 9:54 for an update and was told that my original advisor would not be in that day but that they would check on progress and call me back in 5 minutes. No response. I called back at 10:44 and to yet still another advisor who told me he would check on progress and get back to me. I made him promise that he would do what he said. Well... it is now 12:12 and still no resonse. In all I have made 5 calls to Safford Springfield dodge to try to find out when I should get my truck back and have gotten zero responses. The adventure continues. My visit to SSD to get my vehicle will be my last visit. More
Worst experience ever The worst experience ever, this dealer is terrible, they sold to me 8 Promasters Ram Dodge trucks that fail every other day, with 27K one blew the tra The worst experience ever, this dealer is terrible, they sold to me 8 Promasters Ram Dodge trucks that fail every other day, with 27K one blew the transmission, same truck with 50K blew the engine, in the meantime another one with 60K miles blew the engine too, every other week electric issues and more, on top of these problems the dealer did not help solve any of these issues, they kept two of the trucks for repair during 3 months, giving me promises every other week that they will be repaired at the repair bench, never happens, had to take my trucks to another dealer. You want to suffer..... Just buy cars at Stafford dodge Springfield and you will see, promise that you will regret some how More

Warranties aren't worth the paper they are print on! It seems though each and every time some breaks down on the vehicle, the manufacturer/warranty company does aren't worth the paper they are print on! It seems though each and every time some breaks down on the vehicle, the manufacturer/warranty company does not cover it. There always seem to be a loophole favoring them and not the customers. It will be my last Dodge! More

Safford Service Department Customer Service Service Department overall customer service is poor. I have had a couple service visits. Initial appointment process, vehicle in-processing and call Service Department overall customer service is poor. I have had a couple service visits. Initial appointment process, vehicle in-processing and call on vehicle diagnosis is probably industry standard; however, the process and customer service falls apart after that. Recently no follow-up calls on car status, work “completed” only to have problems arise during first hour of operation after leaving dealership, inadequate road rest after service, preceived lack of follow-up with Chrysler system on specially ordered parts. All issues have created unnecessary expense and time to me. More
