Since I always wait for my car, he keeps me I am pleased with my service representative, Gary Thomas. He is always very personable and professional. Since I always wait for my car, he keeps me informed on the progress of the repairs. My only concern is with Safford and the cost of repairs. My 2006 Chrysler 200C currently has approximately 88,000 miles. Every time I take my car in for repairs, often expecting minor repairs because not experiencing any major problems with the car, the tab usually ranges from $500.00 to $1500.00, or more. Since May 24, 2017 through November 15, 2017, I have paid a total of $4,0554.00 for six repair trips over only a period of six months. My car has not been in an accident and as stated above I bring it in for what I perceive as a minor repair and end up spending an exorbitant amount of money. I know that labor costs are high, but I do wonder if all that is done is really necessary. More
