Outstanding customer service in car purchase This was our second time purchasing a car from Safford Chrysler-Jeep-Dodge of Springfield. My last car was a wonderful Dodge Grand Caravan. I called This was our second time purchasing a car from Safford Chrysler-Jeep-Dodge of Springfield. My last car was a wonderful Dodge Grand Caravan. I called it my war-horse for how sturdy and reliable it was. In and out of DC every day, multiple scout camping trips, etc., my dear van stood up to it all! I hate to say goodbye to it! So it was time to get an update and I returned to Safford. Our dealer was very patient as I asked so many questions, and very knowledgeable about the cars I test drove. As my husband worked out the pricing, we all went into the very late evening hours. Regardless of the time we were spending, Ahmad and the rest of the staff were professional, and personable. Recall work My Jeep was in for recall work. While there, Ken found a second item that was not recalled, but was an urgent fix item. Both tasks were accomplished My Jeep was in for recall work. While there, Ken found a second item that was not recalled, but was an urgent fix item. Both tasks were accomplished in less than an hour. The only part I was not completely pleased with is that the vehicle was taken to their machine car wash without asking if I was interested. I hand wash and wax my car, and avoid the automatic car washes. While a nice extra, I would have preferred it to have been offered (I would have declined) than done without my asking. Most customers probably wouldn't care, but waxing something of that size is time consuming and I avoid things that will shorten the time between waxing intervals. More
