We worked with the customer and Chrysler in attempting to fix the vehicle. We covered a rental vehicle for the customer and picked their vehicle up from work and dropped it off, to minimize the inconvenience. Chrysler attributed the tire light to an aftermarket car charger emitting an RF frequency affecting the signal to the tire pressure monitor. We strive to provide great service, even when the outcome is unfortunate.
