Safford Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram of Warrenton - Service Center

I brought my vehicle in for service due for 94,000 mi check. They kept it from 7 AM to 4 PM and only accomplished an oil change when I left instructions to do any and everything needed for the service. I check. I was told over the phone it needed flushing of brake system and some other fluid replacement. I TOLD them explicitly to do that stuff and they IGNORED me. I can't tell you how enraged I am. To make it worse they kept the vehicle long enough to do that stuff. I made an appointment for that reason. Why did they not get to it when it was their scheduler who set it up? If they were too busy they shouldn't have scheduled me for that time. Now I have to go to a different dealership to get it done. More

Not sure why I wanted my time setting up an appointment when it took them 4 days to look at my truck and they have really increased the oil change prices for the diesels. My complaint is with Safford Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram of Warrenton, VA. The service center has been very dishonest, blatant lies. I took my 2016 Ram 3500 in for a Recall on a steering linkage. The 1st time Warrenton, VA. The service center has been very dishonest, blatant lies. I took my 2016 Ram 3500 in for a Recall on a steering linkage. The 1st time I took it in, they told me the part would be replaced with NEW parts, and not welded. Great, picked up my truck after 2 weeks. Later took the truck in for two new tires and an alignment. Much to my surprise the alignment can be completed because Safford had welded the linkage after we discussed that it WOULD NOT BE WELDED. Alignment shops will not complete the job. Took it back to Safford. Explained it to the service manager. No problem we will replace it. Took the truck back a second time. Guess what, they painted the linkage black and there are still welds ! and I still can get a alignment. I can't for the life of my explain why this is so hard to be completed correctly, why all the lies and dishonesty. I worked hard for this Ram and expected better service from a reputable company. Now I have wasted two trips countless days without my Ram, and 2 new tires that I can't get aligned to which will need to get replaced at my cost, Again. More
