20 year Nissan Altima owner moves to Hyundai Tuscon! I have owned Nissan Altima's for the past twenty years and was on the market for a new car this past week when my latest Altima was totaled. I was on the fence on buying a new Altima and decided to check out the reviews of the Hyundai Tuscon and was impressed with their 5 star crash test rating and positive customer reviews and decided to contact Fairfax Hyundai and was glad I did. This is a no pressure car dealership and I negotiated my purchase via email with Kristen Glenn and once I settled on the price I went to the dealership and signed all the documents and was out of there with my new Tuscon in one and a half hours. No sales pitches when I got in and we went right down to orientation of the car. David Han was outstanding in walking me through this and it was a pleasure dealing with him. I met with Chip the General Manager and he was excellent as well. I am planning on buying a Kia Sedona from their other dealership later this year and would highly recommend this place. Hate the double charge for freight After a first visit where we disagreed on the freight charge, I went back with a price in mind and got it.
