The staff is extremely pleasant and very helpful; there is definitely an effort to provide good customer service. Unfortunately, the service itself took way too long, and this was not unusual experience. I is definitely an effort to provide good customer service. Unfortunately, the service itself took way too long, and this was not unusual experience. I am not sure why routine inspections/oil changes at a scheduled time can take up to four hours. I don’t understand what the point of the appointment time is. After two hours, I was told I needed new tires, and I said I’d just take the car and come back later, but I was told the oil change hadn’t even been done yet. It’s just a really long time and I’ve had much quicker service for sthebsame maintenance at other places. More
