Sorry for the confusion. We have a "browns club", just put a tag bracket on your car and get free washes. We provide complimentary first oil changes, and for previous Eastern's customers we have provided oil changes if you maintain the car with us. There isn't a bait and switch, nor breach of contract. Eastern's Hyundai went out of business, but still has branches. Any contract with them can be taken up with them. We didn't buy Eastern's, that entity closed. Sorry for the confusion, I assure you would would never do those things, Brown's has been around for 40 years, and we have another 40 in us!

Sorry this didn't work out. Hyundai raised the price of the car between during that time. We offered cars that were "pre increase" prices, but you didn't want that. I wish the dealers had more pricing controls, but we don't. Sorry you weren't happy, but the paperwork you signed was clear on manufacturer price increases, and we gave you all the available options.
