Sales great, finance great, service AWFUL! Bought a 2018 Genesis G80 sport and it had 3 minor issues. The service experience was nothing like what was touted, in fact it was the least organized and professional I have experienced in the last 10 years. Poor, almost non-existent, communications, 3 days to correct 3 small issues, and one hour to drop off the car and get away in a loaner (which had an empty gas tank, and door locks that would not work). Worse of all, I asked to speak with the General Manager to ensure he understands the state of his service department, and he will not find time for me. So service is a real mess and the GM does not seem to care about his customers. This is clearly not what I expected of a Hyundai dealer on their premium genesis line. Boy do I have a major case of buyers remorse. More

Genesis and Azera Purchased a G80 in May ‘17 and then an Azera in September. They greeted me at the door and immediately know what I wanted because I had used USAA auto serv I was very please with the staff at Safford Hyundia. They greeted me at the door and immediately know what I wanted because I had used USAA auto service to do my research of the vehicle that I purchased. There was very little negotiation required and we were within a couple of hundred dollars of the auto service price. This was due to the options package on the car. I would recommend Safford Hyundia to any of my friends and family. More

Used car excellent condition good buy , poor PR follow up ! On the weekend we went to Safford Hyundai! Sales person David show us the car we found on line. Excellent test drive and off to start the purchase paper work and made the purchase. Same day offered finance but we had our own and off to Scott to complete purchase and temporary plates. Scott started the MVA Maryland registration. On Monday brought in the check and drove away. Thanks Safford Hyundai! The Service center promptly replaced the TPMS valve and checked the vehicle! Excellent! Removed one star , reason!!! Sadly Safford Hyundai let themselves down in follow up of service! The handling the registration of tags and inspection certificate, very dis-organised! Three week delay sorting the lost plates with UPS! UPS lost the final plates, Saffords Hyundai follow up was poor, not very organised to supply new plates immediately! But in general the Used car was in excellent condition and fairly priced from Safford Hyundai! Recommend!. More

Fantastic and Competent I bought Santa Fe Sports 2017 one class higher model than basic. Bishnu helped us to meet our need. Wow, this was my second visit in Safford and Bishn I bought Santa Fe Sports 2017 one class higher model than basic. Bishnu helped us to meet our need. Wow, this was my second visit in Safford and Bishnu's work was fantastic again. I have never seen such a competent salesman in other Hyundai shops. Bishnu knows perfectly everything what customer wants. Sales, manager, service and finance department communicate professionally and harmonized their work. SO IMPRESSIVE!! SO FAST!! I got to there at 5pm then drove new car at 8:10pm. At my first purchase in Fitzerald, it took all day long!! One more fantastic point is registering service in the same place including DMV car registering, attaching plate, and car inspection sticker(necessary in VA). It usually takes 2-3weeks for these 3 works but all done in 3 hours! I could not believe it's possible! Scott made it possible and was a competent and humorous professional. I strongly recommend this team in Safford to everybody. More
