I have a 2019 Genesis that always draws compliments in from friends and strangers. It has low mileage due to the coronavirus but I still keep up with maintenance service work. Abdon is tuned into my customer needs and makes certain the work is done to my satisfaction. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and keeps me informed throughout the process. They make the process of servicing my car an enjoyable experience. The actual service work is done behind the scenes, but I know it will be done right. Walked into the dealership on a Sunday afternoon without an appointment. Was met by Alex who was in the process of going to eat his lunch, but stopped to ask if I’d been helped, I said I hadn’t but would wa an appointment.
