Clean Bill of Health and Appearance for my Optima I took in the car for a normal state inspection and also because it was at 24 months. Service agreed that my last 6 months did not have enough miles I took in the car for a normal state inspection and also because it was at 24 months. Service agreed that my last 6 months did not have enough miles to warrant either a LOF or a tire rotation and that any filter changes could go to the next milestone (30 months). They had a free state inspection coupon that covered the inspection and they did a 360 multi-point inspection and my vehicle passed cleanly. They didnt honor my extended warranty plan I was told that according to my vin number that I did not have the extended warranty. That was a lie. I call Kia koons and they immediately pulled it I was told that according to my vin number that I did not have the extended warranty. That was a lie. I call Kia koons and they immediately pulled it up. I had to pay $44.41 for a service that was included in my extended warranty plan. When I explain this to the service man he pretty much told me there is nothing he can do and to call the dealership I got the car from. After speaking to koons Kia I was told that browns should have done their research as my vehicle was completely covered for up to 10 years. I will not be using them again for service as I feel I was scammed and had to pay double. Koons Kia is now having to refund me for a payment that should never of been charged by your facility. More
