Only giving a one star to be able to leave a review. HORRIBLE. I was promised when I bought the car (with a physical witness present during besides the sales rep) and it documented in my paperwork that HORRIBLE. I was promised when I bought the car (with a physical witness present during besides the sales rep) and it documented in my paperwork that my gas throttle would be fixed for my car. This was a known issue from the dealership and I was told BEFORE even test driving the car. Before test driving, I noticed that the gas tank door was broke and requested that it be fixed. Then the “service throttle” light came on WHILE TEST DRIVING and Mischelle(sales) stated this is what I was telling you about the part has already been ordered it should be here in 3 days. Fast forward 2/3 weeks, still no part. Then I get a call telling me that the part was in, bring it on 3/28 at 9am. Upon arrival, service had NO idea I had an appointment and had to work me in. Left there, thinking everything was fixed. Until the same issue happened and I looked at the receipt and it stated only the gas door had been fixed. I’ve been getting the run around for days now and basically being called a liar, but they all of a sudden cannot find the paperwork for my purchase. Mind you, I had witnesses present for the purchase and every single phone call between myself, Michelle and the financial advisor stating my throttle would be fixed. Highly recommend using a different dealership! Editing to add: Mischelle and Ayham both called me separately after purchasing the car telling me I needed to call my car loan company and let them know that the repairs had been fixed. I stated I would once completed. Ayham called me and stated, that if I didn’t call them that day and tell them, they were going to make me turn the car back in. So, thinking if I didn’t, I’d lose my car, I complied. AFTER speaking with my loan company this afternoon, they in fact never called and stated this to them. This was just to get the sale processed faster. And again, I had witnesses present for these conversations as well! More
