The ease of scheduling on-line to the VERY friendly, caring and helpful employees...feels like visiting family. The staff take care in asking what services you desire and if you have had any problems that may need attention. They always keep you informed to what's going on during the appointment and explain clearly any findings or recommendations. Having the Wi-Fi available was helpful also. Missed the coffee as out-of-service on my visit. Michelle Bolden is an outstanding Service Manager and has assisted me since I first bought my Sorento at Brown's. More
