Best customer service I was greeted with smiles. I had emailed earlier about a car I was interested in looking at. When I arrived I told them what car I was interested in. I was greeted with smiles. He was super friendly and told me everything about the car and we went off on a test drive. Nothing but great conversation. We got back to dealership and told them I was interested in the car but need to talk it over with my husband. No pressure what's so ever I did tell John to keep me posted on the car. I ended up going back on Monday with the husband so he could look at the car. He test drove with John and me. We ended up getting the car and John stayed with us until the very end. Thank you John!! More

JQuint Service I was very pleased with how Jonathan assisted me in scheduling a 30K mile service appointment at Manassas KIA. He was able to give me the time/day th I was very pleased with how Jonathan assisted me in scheduling a 30K mile service appointment at Manassas KIA. He was able to give me the time/day that fit my schedule. I was very impressed with how he listened to my concerns. For instance, I reported that my tire continued to lose air. He later reported something penetrated the wall of the tire so it needed to be replaced. After mentioning the price of a new tire, he immediately checked to see if I had the road hazard plan. Thankfully, I remembered purchasing the road hazard, ding shield, and new car key replacement plans which covers me for five years when I purchased the car. Needless to say, Jonathan dug into the 2017 files and took care of my needs. Great service, professionalism and customer care from Jonathan who goes over and beyond. More
