Long wait but friendly staff 10:30am appointment for oil change, tire rotation and diagnostic. Showed on time, explained what was wrong, and staff showed me to the waiting area wi 10:30am appointment for oil change, tire rotation and diagnostic. Showed on time, explained what was wrong, and staff showed me to the waiting area with coffee, water, etc. Waited 5 hours to get my car back and that’s no exaggeration. I did not leave until 3:30 in the afternoon. Staff was very apologetic and did not charge me for the diagnostic scan which gets them 5 stars, however, I was told my car was going to be washed and vacuumed complimentary and yes they washed it but it was not vacuumed. Yes I know it’s complimentary but to be waiting for 5 hours you’d think it would be vacuumed. Maybe they rushed since I was there so long? Either way I’m easy to please and grateful they didn’t charge me for the diagnostic since it took my entire day. At the very least the customer service was good. I’d give them a round of applause because if I was a nasty person this could’ve been a horrible review. Thanks guys! (I guessed names, sorry if I missed anyone) More
