Brandon, a Brown's service representative, recommended a Kia Telluride - a 7 seat SUV that is reasonably priced and sophisticated. Pedro Delao took us on test drives of this and other vehicles and fully explained all the pros and cons of each vehicle. Joustin, another sales rep, also was very helpful. George Henderson was a pleasure working with in negotiating a price and we believe we got a very fair deal. John Stapleton fully discussed warranties and financing arrangements and documentation requirements and we were very impressed with his professionalism. The bottom line is that we got a wonderful vehicle at a fair price while dealing with reasonable professional representatives. More
