Poor Customer Service - Disappointed at Best I used to love coming here, and Michelle was THE best I have dealt with in all my years of owning cars (and still is). But this time I wasn't assigned I used to love coming here, and Michelle was THE best I have dealt with in all my years of owning cars (and still is). But this time I wasn't assigned to her. I scheduled my car for Saturday service, dropped off the night before (Friday) and NEVER heard anything the next day about the status. I called Monday morning to inquire and nothing but confusion (and to try and get a ride to and from work and the dealership unexpectedly). Then a call hours later to say the car was ready. But no one ever called to tell me what was being done or explain the delay/lack of communication. Then when I come in, I'm just passed to the cashier with no information about what the status of my vehicle was, what was done, or information found during the service. I get in the car and drive off, only to notice that they didn't even take the time to scrape off all the glue and torn pieces of my old state inspection sticker. They left all of the gunk, glue and trash right there and just haphazardly slapped the new sticker on. So incredibly disappointed, and I will be looking for another location to get service done - Jiffy Lube does a better job than the experience I just had. More
