I come from Culpeper VA to this place, that's 36 miles. One because it's the place I bought my two Kia Souls, yes, two. Second, because so far they have prove to me their desire to do superb custom miles. One because it's the place I bought my two Kia Souls, yes, two. Pedro (Salesman) was awesome showed me everything I wanted. he called often to check on me and then when it came time to buy he was great. I had a little issue in finance department but the general ma wanted. he called often to check on me and then when it came time to buy he was great. I was able to give them a call on my lunch break and tell them I was ready to buy, by the time I got there my new kia soul was gassed up clean and ready to go took all of 15 minutes to fill out the sign all the paper work and I was on my way. I used truecar through our employee purchase program they honored the price and gave me an even better vehicle then I picked out to begin with. really happy with my purchase and look forward to a long relationship with these guys. What can I say about Matt Kanup that has not been said in the past reviews!?! I was in the market for a new vehicle and was not on the lot to buy, I explained that to Mr. Kanup and was met with the most the past reviews!?! There was no tough sell from Browns Auto and felt that I could ask as many questions as I wanted with Matt quickly answered them all! I did not buy that day I was at Browns in Manassas, VA and shopped around many different dealerships and felt as though I was pressured into making a decision. None of the other dealerships could match the professionalism of Mr. Kanup or the warranty’s Kia is offering on brand new vehicles. Matt’s knowledge and openness to my needs as well as answering all my questions regarding financing through Browns greatly helped me understand my options. By the time I had all my paper work in hand and was ready to buy it was very late on a Tuesday (drove from the Fredericksburg area) Matt and the crew at the store all stayed around until all my questions were answered. I recently purchased a 2014 Sorento that needed warranty work performed. The service advisor Michelle was very friendly from the moment I walked in. Went in for a concern about my transmission. My car was looked at within 10 minutes. Car was test driven but could not duplicate my concern. Car was given 26 point check, no problems.
