Matt was great to work with, and overall the experience was good. He went out of his way to locate the specific vehicle I wanted, and worked hard to make the deal attractive. My only hesitation is that I felt pressured into making the deal immediately - not uncommon for car sales. However, I like to believe that if the deal I'm being offered is the best, there shouldn't be an issue with me shopping around, and no pressure is needed. I am very pleased with the vehicle, and looking forward to years of good service from Brown's Manassas Kia. More

We visited this dealership twice, both times dealing with John. The first time, we were not able to find a suitable car with the milage we were looking for. when we came out the second time, John remembered John. The first time, we were not able to find a suitable car with the milage we were looking for. when we came out the second time, John remembered us and went out of his way to show us a car that had just arrived and was not really ready to show. It was exactly what we were looking for and we bought it. John was very professional and courteous. Ash in finance was great - came through with a rate 2% lower than I expected and made sure that my wife and I knew everything that was involved. Fairfax had me at a higher rate, didn't offer me a warranty (classic upsell missed opportunity), and other things. I will definitely BUY my next car from them. I don't mind driving from Fairfax out to Brown's just for the service (Michelle is great there - had me in and out in 35 minutes for my oil change). DO NOT HESITATE TO BUY YOUR KIA FROM THEM!!! More

I HAD A PLEASANT EXPERIENCE BUYING MY CAR. SHE MET ME AT THE DOOR AND GREETED ME AS IF I WAS ENTERING HER HOME. THEY GAVE ME OPTIONS AND ANSWERED MY QUESTIONS EVEN THE STUPID ONES THAT I FELT I WAS ASKING. THE DOOR AND GREETED ME AS IF I WAS ENTERING HER HOME. We first met Matt Knupp during our initial visit "just looking" around to see what was out there. Matt was very knowledgable about all the cars we were interested in, Subaru, Kia and Honda. Matt did not pressure us to make a decision, as a matter of fact, he encouraged us to look at all the vehicles we were considering and offered to answer any questions about any of the vehicles. Matt suggested that when we were ready for a test drive that we telephone him first to avoid the wait. We called Matt early on Sat. Morning, and true to his word he had a Kia Optima Hybrid, in our selected color and trim ready for us to test drive. Matt made the process very relaxed and very comfortable. More

Brian took his time to show us several different models with different engine sizes and options. We were not pressured or ever felt uncomfortable asking questions. We also met with Ash Soroushi who was also very professional. He was quick and to the point with the after market options, since our stay was quite long and he could tell we were tiring. Overall a wonderful dealership that we would recommend to our family and friends. More
