Example: I called the service department twice to find the answer to a question and was asked if I wanted to make an appointment or ask a question. I elected to just ask a question. I was then sent to a voice mail which is fine if someone actually planes to call me back. But even after two left messages on different days I never received a call back. Second example: when I had my Niro checked for an issue I was told there was a service that was recommended. After asking what service that was I relieved that the recommended service was far from necessary. That told me that this policy was designed to fleece an uneducated customer by a service policy instead of respecting and valuing the customer. What an insult. More

Price not made mentioned in discussion of recommended services for completion. I stupidly ok'd without asking. They sounded very routine but the bill was about 800 dollars when I thought i was coming in services for completion. I stupidly ok'd without asking. Hit with an unexpected whopper bill. I hate that every time I've come here they want a survey completed and they actually give me a paper telling me exactly how they want me to fill it out!! ( all top grades of course). If they don't get a survey back there are repeated entreaties to send in your " survey.".Other than that work is done on time and properly. More
