Members of the team are friendly, and approachable. That is about all I can say about service at the dealership that is appealing to me. My most recent trip I did the 90k service which for tier II is fairly is about all I can say about service at the dealership that is appealing to me. My most recent trip I did the 90k service which for tier II is fairly expensive, and was not given the discount I had asked about for coupons received in the mail. Savings would have been about $50 off the total price. I was also disappointed in the fact that I have spent a few thousand dollars in service at this dealership and for some reason they didn’t look at my records to see that I only use synthetic oil. They put conventional oil in the car which I am not sure of the impacts if any, but it is disappointing that they didn’t do their homework to see what my previous services included. I have never had that issue at other dealerships. Also, overall cost is high compared to other organizations in the area. I will not be servicing my vehicle here anymore. More
