Just okay I arrived on time for my schedule appointment and this was my first time ever visiting this dealership. I parked in a customer spot next to the servic I arrived on time for my schedule appointment and this was my first time ever visiting this dealership. I parked in a customer spot next to the service entrance and went inside the main entrance to look for someone. I was told to move my car and drive inside. Had I know this was required when I made the appointment I would have never made the appointment. I do t like having to drive my car in narrow openings and was worried I was going to hit something. No one was telling me when to stop driving. It was awkward. The gentleman at the desk seemed condescending when I told him the concerns I was having with my car and as if I had no idea what I was talking about. Despite himself having no evidence of the contrary. Overall the experience was underwhelming and based on that initial impression I left feeling that I was never going to be heard or taken seriously. However the administrative lady was nice and helpful. More

My husband hadan11 am appointment for an oil change, state tomorrow nspection and replacing the battery. He arrived about 1030. He finally was able to l ave st about 1:35-1:40! We had a 2:20 appt. elsewhwhere that I had to call and change. He did inquire at some point how much longer it would take. Three hours to have thesr three requests is unacceptable. The fact that had an appt. only adds to my dissatisfaction. Customer service needs improvement. Dorothy Weber More

Overall good experience I had a long wait because I was getting a few things done. The waiting room was quite cold, and noisy as the TV was going the same time as the showro I had a long wait because I was getting a few things done. The waiting room was quite cold, and noisy as the TV was going the same time as the showroom music; it is one big open room. There were a number of places to sit and tables to work at which was nice. Also when I asked to go to a warmer (it was cold.outside too) and quieter place the manager was happy to accommodate me. They also have snacks, coffee, tea and bottled water available at no charge. Pleased with service. I had a state inspection performed here on my kia soul. I prefer to take it to the dealer for inspections as in my experience having previously worked I had a state inspection performed here on my kia soul. I prefer to take it to the dealer for inspections as in my experience having previously worked in dealerships and independent shops I feel the dealer knows better what are common issues on certain models etc. In any case it was done promptly and they washed it after which was a nice touch. Recomended work was fairly priced for being a dealership. More
