Prety Good! First maintenance check All periodic maintenance performed to our satisfaction. Very professional and courtesy. Would have given higher rating but we still have an issue with vehicle well underperforming advertised MPG, which was not resolved with this visit. We will continue to monitor mileage problem until next scheduled service. More

Noah Thomas came around in hopes of at least getting one of us to at least try to make a sale on a January day with little foot traffic in the dealership, and he found a customer who had a two month old Chevy Volt that he didn't want anymore, so he and the rest of the staff paid a great deal of attention to insure that we had a pleasant experience with our lease. John in the finance office did yeoman work on getting me the best deal and payment option for my lease agreement, in spite of some difficulties with the bank had with my declared income. More
Shame Went in for an oil change and recall work (1/2/2019), was told the recall part was not in stock, couples days later was called and told the part was i Went in for an oil change and recall work (1/2/2019), was told the recall part was not in stock, couples days later was called and told the part was in. I then made another appointment to have the recall part installed. When my wife showed up for the 2nd appointment the part was no longer in stock again. I received a follow up courtesy call asking how things went, explained the problem. She told me she would get with someone and get back with me. Nobody did. After the 2nd failure I went online and found the part at another dealership and ordered it. I received it 3 days later. So I was able to order a part online and have it shipped before they could get mine in stock and bother to let me know it is in. So another week has gone by and no call....1/30/19 I should not be have to reach out to you. Safford Kia was committed to contact the customer for service work. More
