Scheduled Oil Change I scheduled an appointment online for an oil change. I received a confirmation text my service was scheduled and Lee would help me on that date. Upon I scheduled an appointment online for an oil change. I received a confirmation text my service was scheduled and Lee would help me on that date. Upon arriving, Lee checked in my car and directed me to the waiting area. Lee also offered the car wash, a free car wash which was appreciated. He also said there was coffee and donuts available in the waiting area as my car was being serviced. I waited approximately 45 minutes total. Lee came and let me know my car was done. I checked out with the receptionist and then Lee let me know where my car was and also offered to walk me to my car which wasn’t needed. All in all it was a very good service experience. More

Disorganized It took several attempts to reach someone just to schedule the appointment. We accepted the appointment they offered us only to be contacted the morni It took several attempts to reach someone just to schedule the appointment. We accepted the appointment they offered us only to be contacted the morning they were supposed to do the work and was told they had to order the part for the recall. If they did not have the part they should not have scheduled the appointment in the first place. Now we have to do it all over again. The only positive was the staff we came in contact with were very friendly. More
