Usually on point Went to get an oil change and state inspection when they said I was due for tire rotation also. I agreed and agreed to the filter replacement. They offered my vehicle to be washed but warned it would take an additional hour to do so, so I declined. When all completed, I paid and left to my vehicle and noticed the inspection sticker was moved and replaced. Where it was removed, they did a terrible job of scraping off the remainder of old sticker glue! Really that is my only complaint and why I gave 4 stars! The man who helped me was wonderful and very informative. He always is! I just was disappointed on how they left all that glue on my window More
Outstanding cust service, speed, and going the extra mile! Lee was my service rep and I was immediately seen and shown to the waiting area for my recall service work. I’d told him about a minor gripe I had with a noise associated with the steering wheel and my air conditioning. The recall work was completed very fast - About 1 hour. Lee told me that they found a flex coupling that was making the noise I told him abt. Lee let me know that he had replaced the part free of any charge under warranty. Wi-Fi worked great while I was sitting there working and the snacks and decor left me wanting nothing for the short time that I was there. More

My last 4 vehicles have been Kia’s having upgraded After all the nightmares I had with Freedhold Kia in NJ, FINALLY my faith is restored in Kia again. My last 4 vehicles have been Kia’s having upgraded to a bigger vehicle each time. I decided after the nightmare I had I would never get another Kia, but SAFFORD KIA changed that and I cannot wait to get my 5 Kia!! You need a car go to Safford Kia. Sincerely Debbie More

If anyone could it would be KIA! I went there for my first car and I loved the experience the first time. Well something had happened and I needed to get a car ASAP. (He’s now a manager over the sales rep). He knows what my style is and knows what I can and cannot afford. I told him to put me in what I can afford and he did just that. I left that day in a brand new 2019 Kia Forte Fe. More

This dealership DOES NOT stand by their product and eagerly puts blame on the customer in every circumstance. You would think a dealership would want to stand by their product but you would be HIGHLY mistaken to expect anything but mediocrity from this place!!! They will work their hardest to charge you for everything to include FAILED parts after only 500 miles on a new vehicle!!! HIGHLY recommend you go out of your way to find another Kia dealership otherwise you are asking to be blamed and pay excessively! More
