When I called the dealer where I bought the car, near Boston, to request an appointment, (since I was planning on being there for 3 days), more than 2 weeks in advance and they said they couldn’t accommodate me, I was flabbergasted! I was staying with my sister in VA for Thanksgiving so I called Safford KIA. They not only fit me in the very next day, but they treated me with the most courtesy I’ve ever had at a dealership! In the future, I will try to work my maintenance around visits to VA and when I need a new KIA, I will definitely consider buying at Safford! More
