Kia Soul Two months ago my car wouldn’t drive so it got towed to the dealership and, after the weekend they called and said it was fixed. I went to get it and Two months ago my car wouldn’t drive so it got towed to the dealership and, after the weekend they called and said it was fixed. I went to get it and it was not fixed. A few days later, I’m told it needs a new motor. I waited two months for my vehicle to be repaired with NO explanation as to why it took so long, why it needed a new motor. And they didn’t even clean the vehicle upon return to me. Very disappointed with everyone involved and the dealership part of this group is very rude and disrespectful. Will never ever return. More
