Warranty work is always an argument I have owned 2 Kia Sorentos now and both of them have had issues with the headlights going out frequently. After taking the previous Sorento in severa I have owned 2 Kia Sorentos now and both of them have had issues with the headlights going out frequently. After taking the previous Sorento in several times and the service center telling us there was nothing wrong with it they finally agreed to change the wiring harness. We no longer had an issue with the lights burning out all the time. I now have the same issue with my current Sorento and once again are arguing with the service department about the issue being the wiring harnesses not the light bulbs. It’s a huge waste of time! More

Good, but Slow Presumably the slowness of this particular visit was due to my needing a state inspection as well as an oil change. The entire visit took 2 1/2 hours. I was also surprised that I was even charged for the inspection because I bought the car in late August 2017, and I thought an inspection would be done at that time— instead of having to do it again 10 months later. Since it was a minimal charge, I didn’t bring it up at checkout. More
Brought my car in for service. Disappointed. Disappointed with service center. With communication and readiness of vehicle. 8:30 AM appointment-didn’t hear anything till LATE afternoon. I let the service center know FIRST THING the next morning that I would be picking my car up. They said they would let me know when it was ready. Again, I hunt them down. Late afternoon I’m told it’s not ready - the bay has been used by another vehicle. You only have one bay?? I tell them this is not acceptable, that I will be in to get my car in about a half hour. I hear the guy on the phone say, “pull the Morris vehicle in” and get it ready to go. Which tells me you could have done it earlier. I pick up my vehicle. Paperwork is not at desk, woman had to hunt it down. Drive off the lot, my car is now in worse condition than when I left it. I’ve loved my Sorrento, but I’m done with Kia. More
Wishful buying I traveled an 1 hour and 5 mintutes to go and look at some of what the dealership had to offer ended up liking and purchasing a vehicle on Monday. Before I left I noticed that the it didn’t have floor mats they told me they would grab me some. I assumed that they would be floor mats for this vehicle. They weren’t but oh well I just went on that’s a small thing. While signing my paperwork I waited forever for someone to come get me to start the process in the meantime I got pitched every “updated package” on the plantet. Once I got to finance their docupad didnt work and so I waited even longer it took forever I was so ready to be done. On Tuesday I went to drive noticed one of my keys wouldn’t unlock the car the key fob is either dead or not working. Then I went to check something in the users manual only to find out that the vehicle didn’t have one. So I called the dealership they said that I’d need to come in to get the key checked but as for the owners manual there wasn’t much that could be done. On Wednesday as I was playing with features it told me that the oil life was at 18% meaning I’m going to need an oil change sooner than expected for purchasing a car. So before you sign that line make sure you go above and beyond to check every tiny detail out because I feel a little like I got screwed all the tiny things add up and they don’t sit well when that amount of money is on the line. Had a couple problem with my car on several occasions I had had several occasions where i had to contact kia about my car we purchased there in Nov ..and I was in contact with your service dept on many oc I had had several occasions where i had to contact kia about my car we purchased there in Nov ..and I was in contact with your service dept on many occasions,and Katina was helping me thru it all ,she went over and above to make sure I was happy with the service I was getting and correcting any issues I had .she could train a class on what Great customer service should be ,very pleasant to work with on my issues More
