FRIENDLY STAFF; EXPENSIVE REPAIRS Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Inspected the steering on my son's 2013 Soul after car lost power steering while turning. Cost $180 to confirm steering was fine and that this could happen if battery is old and all electronics are on. Asked for quote to install and program tire pressure monitoring system and was quoted $600. Charged me $100 to tell me I didnt have any sensors in tires to program! What? Took to Little Tire Co and had 4 new sensors I purchased for $100 installed and programmed for $60. Total Cost of $160. More

Helpful and courteous. However, your prices are outrageous. Your staff was exceptional. However, your estimates are two to three times more expensive than the market. I only brought my Kia Spirtage to you because of a recall and asked to have the oil changed as well. Your oil change was $25 more than most. Your technician recommended multiple things that need attention. Once again, the quoted price was twice as high as the market. Your technician also recommended a new timing belt (once again at an above market price) ...this tells me that he never looked at the timing belt because it was just replaced. He must have went on the mileage only and never took a good look at the belt. Once again, I had a new timing belt put on for less than half of what your quote was. The only reason I have you a review of three stars was the your staff was friendly and courteous. More
