Helpful and courteous. However, your prices are outrageous. Your staff was exceptional. However, your estimates are two to three times more expensive than the market. I only brought my Kia Spirtage to you because of a recall and asked to have the oil changed as well. Your oil change was $25 more than most. Your technician recommended multiple things that need attention. Once again, the quoted price was twice as high as the market. Your technician also recommended a new timing belt (once again at an above market price) ...this tells me that he never looked at the timing belt because it was just replaced. He must have went on the mileage only and never took a good look at the belt. Once again, I had a new timing belt put on for less than half of what your quote was. The only reason I have you a review of three stars was the your staff was friendly and courteous. More

My car is usually finished promptly, washed , and I'm always given a list of things but you need to be done with no pressure .The cashier is always as pleasant as can be. Great Experience I started my day out thinking I was going to buy a mustang after my Kia Optima had been totaled. I wanted to try out the Kia sx to try the faster vers I started my day out thinking I was going to buy a mustang after my Kia Optima had been totaled. I wanted to try out the Kia sx to try the faster version of the optima and then I asked to try the stinger which my sales rep (Ed Stanley) got manager approval for me to try. Ed gave me the best finance option for the Stinger. I left the dealership, tried the mustang, and knew the stinger was the car for me. The staff of Safford Kia was friendly and made it easy to do business with them. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new vehicle. More
